The fixed-type machine was design by QIHANG Machinery in order to suit for all kinds of cream& paste material with high viscocity in industres line of cosmetic, daily-use commodity and pharmacy, medicine and food industries such as skin cream, BB cream, shampoo, ultrasound gel, wax, ointment, detergent, honey, sauce, serum and ointment etc.
The raw material (similar to same viscosity of cream and paste ) will be completely mixed with mixing system: The molecule of raw material will be high sheared and cracked by the gap beteween rotor and stator of homogenizer that will make the granual material to be tiny and exquisite material gradually . the liquidity of raw material will be increased. A effective molecule combination with this rebuilding shearing process. The smoothness of granule below 2um.
