I. Equipment usage and working principle
This machine is an all-stainless steel horizontal trough mixer, used for mixing powder or paste materials in pharmacy, chemical industry and food. The machine rotates mechanically to make the S-type stirring paddle rotate to push the materials to reciprocate and mix uniformly. The operation is controlled by electrical appliances. IV.Main structural features
CH series trough mixer is mainly composed of trough body, stirring device, bracket, turning part, transmission part and electric control part.
This machine is made of stainless steel. The tank body is made of thick plates and tightly welded, and the two ends of the stirring shaft are equipped with seals to ensure the cleanliness of the materials.
The mixing and automatic turning part are designed with two independent power sources, and the automatic positioning safety device is also arranged in the automatic turning part, so that the turning to the material process is carried out within the range of the corner 1050, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the moving part.
The bracket part is made of shape steel welding with sufficient rigidity, and all transmission parts and electric control components are arranged in the frame. The outer surface of the bracket is packaged with SUS304-2B board, so that the whole machine has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation, beautiful appearance, small footprint, convenient cleaning, and good mixing efficiency.
V.equipment installation and use
1. It should be installed indoors with a certain space around it for process operation.
2. Check whether the fasteners are loose and whether there are short circuits or open circuits in the electrical parts.
3. Check whether the two-way rotating part is stuck.
4. When the inspection is correct, the power supply can be connected (refer to the circuit diagram). Jog test run.
5. When everything is normal, then set the time according to the production process requirements, feed, flip, pour, and operate normally.
6. After the machine is started, the stirring blade rotates forward to normal rotation, and the reverse rotation function cannot be used. The reverse rotation is for the discharge point.
